Wisdom Day Training.

         What do we do when our being seems suffused with anger, or fear, or sadness, or envy or any of the many other painful states of mind?   Perhaps we try to express it, which often brings new complications; perhaps we repress it, hoping for the best, until the next emotional upheaval, and the next and the next and so on throughout our lives.

         WISDOM DAY is primarily concerned with neither expression nor repression, but rather with the practice of directly transforming the toxic energy of negativity itself into the medicinal energy of clear mind, healing to both body and mind.

         WISDOM DAY provides experiential knowledge that any negative state is workable and is a flexible form of vital energy that can be transformed into open, fresh mind.

         If we do not do this for ourselves, who will do it for us?
